Fundraising Opportunities Continue!

Available to Okinawan Karate Club members only!

As part of our fundraising campaign, we are offering our students the chance to sign up for a 1 hour private lesson with one of the OKCD Yudansha.  100% of the proceeds will go towards the scholarship funds to send our students to Fall Training this coming October in sunny Deerfield Beach Florida!  This is a rare opportunity to have a one on one hour with the OKCD Yudansha of your selection.

Please select 3 instructors of your choice.  Based on instructor availability, one of your three will be assigned to you.  You will need to contact your assigned instructor to arrange for your lesson.  You may arrange for your lesson anytime through the end of July.  When your instructor has been assigned, you will receive your private lesson voucher to give to the instructor at the time of your lesson.  Payment for the lesson is due at the time you receive your voucher.

Please complete the below form with your name, instructor choices, phone number and email address.  You DO NOT need to sign up both online and the poster sign-up at the dojo.  You only need to complete one form - multiple sign-ups indicate multiple lesson requests.
