A world class competitor, she has been a NASKA champion, winning such prestigious tournaments such as the US Open more than once. She was member of the USA WKO World Team. As a member of the USA team. McGregor Hanshi medalled in her events at the Pan Am Games in addition to medalling in the USA AAU Nationals and WKO World Championships. Over her career, McGregor Hanshi has won several hundred competitive matches. While she is well known for her sport karate career, she is even more respected her self-defense and combat martial arts abilities. years, will be teaching at OKCD May 26 & May 27, 2006. Friday 6-7 PM
Adult Open Class Saturday 9-11 AM Adult Advanced Class
on "What Makes a Great Martial Arts Class"; and Saturday 11-12 PM Open Youth
Class.

result of Hurricane
Katrina. Please fill up our Suzuki Cup. We raised $206.00 in the first cup
and one of our yudansha's employers matched our contribution so our first cup
was
worth $412.00. Keep on going OKCD!
Second cup $136.81 which turned into $547.24 for a grand total now of $959.24.
The third cup $130.35 made a grand total now of $1089.59.
